Where Pacific Northwest cuisine takes a contemporary twist. Situated on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Imaginative dishes are crafted with fresh and local ingredients, paired perfectly with carefully curated, seasonally-changing cocktails.

Took a very very long time between courses and though presentations beautiful some dishes were cold. Another table next to us complained about this and chef came out and said they had been particularly busy. Restaurant was about a third full. Bad excuse. Prix fixe dinner took almost 3 1/2 hours. Too long

We went to the Charlotte to celebrate our 1st anniversary. The food and ambience was amazing, and our waiter, Daniel, went and above and beyond to make it a special night for us. Daniel blessed us with a special dessert presentation in a private room with a gorgeous view of the city at night that took our breath away. We would highly recommend the Charlotte to anyone looking to make special memories in the city!

I highly recommend this place for breakfast. The staff were very professional and attentive. We ordered the crab/avocado toast, berry bowl and french toast and everything taste so good. The coffee was fresh🥰

This is a lovely lovely restaurant that I would recommend for special occasions, but also for dessert and a cocktail. The decor and lighting is beautiful, with incredible views of Elliott Bay. We did not have a window table, but that was fine. The view was still enjoyable, and we did not have to deal with too much glare at sunset. The lighting in the room is just perfect, and there is a lot of space between the tables, so you and your party feel like you're in your own world. Both the preparation and the presentation of the food were flawless and stunning. Stand-outs included the oysters with kumquat mignonette and the lemon tart dessert, which was gorgeous and whimsical in presentation, but also delicious. The service was impeccable--there when it was time for service/drinks/the next course, but otherwise at a distance. Again, I would highly recommend, particularly for a special occasion dinner or dessert and a drink.

Came here for a birthday, and they gave us complimentary glasses of champagne. Views of downtown and puget sound were incredible.
