Where Pacific Northwest cuisine takes a contemporary twist. Situated on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Imaginative dishes are crafted with fresh and local ingredients, paired perfectly with carefully curated, seasonally-changing cocktails.

Join us at Charlotte Restaurant for a four-course wine and food pairing dinner, featuring Alex Sokol President and 2nd generation wine maker at Sokol Blosser Family Winery in Willamette Valley. Alex is partnering with our Chef, Jon Park. These two have a special night in store for you. The menu will include Smoked Pork Tartlet, Pairing of Scallop & Foie Gras, Tea Smoked Duck with Roasted Chestnut Puree and Stone Fruit Upside-down cake. We are so excited to partner with Sokol Blosser Winery, in 2002 they were awarded with the LEED certification recognizing sustainability practices and also have the distinction of being a B-Corp recognizing their commitment to the earth and the people before profits, giving back to the people and the land.

Took my wife here for brunch on her birthday. I noted it was her birthday when making the reservation and the hostess wished her a happy birthday when we arrived, as did our server. Selection of brunch items was diverse, ample items for vegetarians like my wife. Quality of food and presentation were top notch, excellent service, beautiful views of Elliot Bay and Seattle. I highly recommend!

This level of elegance, Michelin Star worthy cuisine and Royal service delighted this Seattle native to the moon. I no longer have to wait for New York or Chicago. A truly great evening.

Beautiful space with sweeping view facing Pioneer Square, Elliot Bay and West Seatttle. Service was attentive and food was on point. Only gripe was I wish they gave me a better knife to cut through my filet, and my partner’s short rib was missing the bone, so it lost the “dino” effect. But overall loved the experience and look forward to visiting again.

What a beautiful view and spacious room. For being so wide open it felt cozy. Food was great and unpretentious.

Everything we ordered was great except for the chicken dish, and the miso pasta that my son ordered with chicken. Both of those chicken dishes were extremely dry and hard to swallow from dryness. I tasted it myself to check it and they were right. Very unfortunate. The rest of our appetizers, dinners and desserts were great. (6 people total). We also had to ask the waiter to change our appetizer plates because there was a strong stinky smell from them. The new plates were good. I had a better experience the first time time we were here so I have to say I was somewhat disappointed this time around especially for a place like this.

What a lovely venue! Bright and airy with stellar views of Elliott Bay and the surroundings. We had Saturday brunch and all our meals were outstanding — delicious generous potions. Our server was attentive and considerate of our long stay for a holiday visit with friends we haven’t seen for a year. We CC will return.
