Where Pacific Northwest cuisine takes a contemporary twist. Situated on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Imaginative dishes are crafted with fresh and local ingredients, paired perfectly with carefully curated, seasonally-changing cocktails.

    Beautiful restaurant, great view, excellent food, my omelette was superb. The wait staff was wonderful and attentive.

    Wonderful service here at Charlotte. One of the best dining experiences one can have. Very romantic. The food is super flavorful and presented well. We were very happy with it. It is expensive, but consider treating yourself to the experience and the views of Seattle.

    What a view of the bay whilst dining on the 16th floor. The food is excellent - great choices. Surprised by the automatic 20% gratuity but it did add to the convenience of paying the bill. Fortunately, the service was worth every penny of that.

    This is a beautiful and spacious restaurant with a phenomenal view and staff that was very accommodating. The food was okay and the lattes were better. I ordered the crab avocado toast and my friend ordered the mushroom omelet. The omelet was a good bang for your buck since it was served with multiple pieces of toast and and potatoes. The crab avocado toast was also a good portion size but it was fair. It lacked some serious flavor. Overall I would recommend this restaurant for the view of the city alone when though food did not quite live up to our expectations.

    I ended up getting sick from the mussels. The tomato sauce was not the best combo. The fries were excellent. I had just had a fabulous bowl of mussels in Oslo a couple week's ago, so I was eager to try some at home again. My friend's Caesar Salad with Salmon was mediocre (in his words), which was disappointing because this was a birthday celebration and it was surprising to have him admit the salad wasn't that great. Half the fish was salty and the other half not seasoned at all.

    We got seated at the table with a nice view of Seattle downtown waterfront. They served good quality teas, and the staff refilled our teapots with hot water. The food was alright, nothing special compared to other breakfast places. We were a little disappointed with our fresh berries bowl. We expected more fresh berries. Thank you for seating us at the table with the best view! The view was one of the reasons we chose to have breakfast at Charlotte.
