Where Pacific Northwest cuisine takes a contemporary twist. Situated on the 16th floor of Lotte Hotel Seattle, Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers sweeping views of Elliott Bay. Imaginative dishes are crafted with fresh and local ingredients, paired perfectly with carefully curated, seasonally-changing cocktails.

I ended up getting sick from the mussels. The tomato sauce was not the best combo. The fries were excellent. I had just had a fabulous bowl of mussels in Oslo a couple week's ago, so I was eager to try some at home again. My friend's Caesar Salad with Salmon was mediocre (in his words), which was disappointing because this was a birthday celebration and it was surprising to have him admit the salad wasn't that great. Half the fish was salty and the other half not seasoned at all.

This was our first time staying at Lotte and dining at Charlotte. Everything was fantastic and our server Devon took real good care of us and always checking in. Food portions were substantial and beautifully plated. Ambiance was gorgeous and spacious. Would come again.

We were celebrating a special family milestone at Charlotte. Our server offered us a complimentary toast of bubbly, and a surprise celebration dessert bite. Those special touches, combined with the delicious food and incredible view, made our evening so memorable.

Third time, now a year later and this place still hasn’t gotten its act together. “Berries” were a small dish of mushy blueberries. Orders were incorrect. “Kitchen was very busy” as the reason for slowness although restaurant was only 2/3 full, blueberry muffins were dry and crumbled into small specks of grainy blah. $144 for breakfast. Two stars for the view alone.

We celebrated my birthday with 3 couples and had a fantastic experience. Complimentary birthday champagne to start is always good! The views are phenomenal with a lovely ambience and vibe in the restaurant. The food was phenomenal -- so much flavor in every appetizer and entree. We want to come back and sit on the bar side next time to enjoy the live music!

Great food even better drinks. I would recommend going to the end of the service for the best seats. Much more quite as well

We ate here 3 mornings in a row. The breakfast was exceptional. The Dungeness crab and avocado toast, the eggs Bernard, and the veggie omelette were all we ate. I have worked in Hotels and restaurants my entire life. Hotel restaurants are usually mediocre at best. This place is fantastic! We had Shane all three mornings. His service was excellent and the entire staff very friendly. Thanks everyone!

Great meal! Had breakfast and it was great! The wife had an egg white omelette and I had a crab and avocado toast. Both great!
