Dear guests, the restaurant Charlotte & Fritz is open Thursday to Saturday evenings from 6 pm to 10:30 pm. From Sunday to Wednesday evenings you can enjoy the cuisine of Charlotte & Fritz in our private dining room, access is via the lobby of the Hotel Regent Berlin. The team of our casual dining restaurant at the Hotel Regent Berlin creates delicious local dishes – mainly using fresh regional products with culinary influences from other countries and cultures. The restaurant prides itself as well with its selection of fine meats. The elegant yet informal atmosphere along with the view over the historic Gendarmenmarkt pays homage to the salon culture of the 19th century.

Service und Essen perfekt. Das einzige was etwas störte war die Klimaanlage, welche ziemlich laut war.

Der Besuch war enttäuschend, da die Reservierung nicht stattgefunden hat. Als jemand, der sich viel mit Essen beschäftigt und aktiv seine Essensabenteuer auf Instagram postet (ich bin jedoch kein Influencer, ich mache es vor allem für mich selbst), habe ich lange gebraucht, um ein gutes Restaurant für meinen Besuch in Berlin auszuwählen. Bei OpenTable waren am Sonntag Tische frei, also habe ich im Voraus reserviert und mir keine weiteren Sorgen gemacht. Doch als ich zum Essen kam, war das Restaurant geschlossen. Wie immer am Sonntag. Ich fühle mich nicht verpflichtet, auf anderen Webseiten zu überprüfen, ob die Reservierung stattfinden kann. Die richtigen Öffnungszeiten sollten im Buchungsportal doch korrekt hinterlegt sein. Hungrig und enttäuscht habe ich dann schnell ein anderes Restaurant gesucht. Leider konnte ich mich aufgrund des Zeitdrucks nicht lange mit der Auswahl beschäftigen und entschied mich für ein Lokal, in dem das Essen unglaublich schlecht zubereitet war. Die niedrige Bewertung, die ich Charlotte & Fritz gebe, ist nur deshalb, weil ich es nicht bewerten kann. Ich bin jedoch sicher, dass die Küche anspruchsvoll ist, und würde mich freuen, das Restaurant bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Berlin doch noch zu besuchen und eine angemessene Bewertung abzugeben.

Fabulous place, food was excellent and the chef helped pick us an amazing red wine. It was very quiet on the night we attended but would strongly recommend.

Das Restaurant, der Service und die Küche haben alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Karte ist zwar nicht übermäßig groß und es wird kein Menu angeboten aber alles was wir von der Karte wählten war ausgezeichnete Qualität und geschmackvoll angerichtet. Es gab eine gute Auswahl offener Weine. Der Service war hervorragend. Es war sehr angenehm mal wieder von einem professionellen Kellner bedient zu werden, der sein Metier kennt. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis war in jeder Hinsicht berechtigt. Es war auch nett mal wieder in einem eleganten Ambiente zu sitzen anstatt des üblichen Dekor Minimalismus den man in so vielen Restaurants findet. Es war nur schade, dass das Restaurant an einem Samstag Abend so wenig Geschäft hatte

Ich kann das Restaurant leider nicht bewerten, da wir vor verschlossenen Türen standen (29.4.2024 um 12:00 h), obwohl wir von Opentable noch am Vortag eine Bestätigung/Erinnerung bekommen haben. Ich weiss nicht, ob der Fehler am Restaurant oder an diesem Portal lag, aber wir mussten in ein anderes Lokal ausweichen. Extrem ärgerlich.

Netter Empfang, sehr unterhaltsame und freundliche Bedienung. Wir saßen vis a vis dem Kamin, was sehr schön war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut.

Äußerst angenehmes Personal am Donnerstagabend sehr ruhig und wenige Gäste Vorspeisen ( Salat sehr gut und reichlich) ( Bachsaibling gut und empfehlenswert) Hauptgericht Fisch: super! … das Wiener Schnitzel ist nicht empfehlenswert riesig zwar aber nur weil das Fleisch auf Millimeterdicke ( 1-2 mm ) platiert war und die Panade dicker war… Schälchen mit Preiselbeeren/ Gurkensalat/ Kartoffelsalat dazu und 1/2 Zitrone . Kartoffelsalat flau .. sehr flach gewürzt: Reinfall!!! Weinkarte ist okay der gewählte Nahewein zunächst zu warm… wurde sofort auf Eis gelegt… Ober TOP!!! Fazit: Betreuung super Aber in der Küche noch sehr viel Luft nach oben
