I was looking so forward to eating at Charlies because of the good reviews that it received. We are very disappointed while the waitress was friendly, she was exceptionally slow. The food was mediocre at best. The beans were not cooked. The steak was overcooked just was not a great experience not what I was anticipating.

We had excellent chicken tacos, but the burgers were burned and the rolls for the burgers and hot dog were weird and didn't taste good. Service indoors was slow, had to ask another waiter for our bill. Food took a long time to come out. Maybe the service is better outside, since a lot of people were dining out there.

The service and location were good but the food was not. The he chicken I was served was inedible, fortunately I was not charged for it.

6 of us enjoyed a late lunch outside on a Friday afternoon in Lake George. Nice service. Decent food and choice of cocktails or regular drinks.

Food took 45 minutes to be served, which is outrageous given that 1) we didn't order appetizers, and 2) other tables who ordered after us were served 20 mins beforw us. Further, when we did get our food it was stone cold. Clearly it has been up for a long time, but our waitress failes to get it. Both the manager and the waitress tried to convince us that the food was cold because it was made fresh, nothing is prepared ahead of time. What? That makes literally no sense. Oh. And they wateree down my sav blanc. I drink the Kim Crawford. Brand enough to know. Very disappointing experience.

Every thing was great the only issue is parking it's in the Marriott hotel an it's street parking give you self a little extra time when you have reservations to find parking

The service we had was terrible. She obviously forgot to put our order in as people around us,who arrived after us, received their food first.

Charlie’s is in a Courtyard by Marriott. There was no parking devoted to just the restaurant. We parked in lot with hotel guests but asked if ok at front desk. We were told to move car to street parking. My sister ended up parking 8 blocks away at Tom Tom’s. Then to be seated you have to walk through the restaurant out the front door.
