Absolutely incredible food and the service felt so personal.no waiting around for drinks or food .truly magical for kids .i took my wife for her 50th little treat and was blown away .

What a fantastic experience. Food and drink was imaginative and delicious. We were very well looked after by PIO and have no trouble in recommending!

Absolutely fantastic service with mouth watering food made with great imagination. The cocktail presentation was amazing, tantalising all senses.

I took myself to tea to celebrate my cousin's birthday. She died when we were kids, but she loved Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, so I thought this would be a perfect tribute. I chose the vegan afternoon tea menu and it was absolutely stunning from start to finish. The hand-crafted in-house teas were so delicious! With oat milk, I tried the caramel, the lychee, and the lemon verbana - all amazing but lychee was the stand-out. The savory selection was spectacular, with the hummus sandwich especially magical. Then came the scones with the most fantastic vegan pineapple clotted cream; I could have eaten it by the spoonful and will never forget it - definitely the most memorable element for me besides, of course, the delectable candy floss that adorned the beautiful sweets box. By the time I got to the sweets, I was so full that I didn't think I'd be able to finish them, but oh, I did, and I savored every delightful bite! The service was impeccable - attentive, kind, friendly, generous. The ambience is gorgeous, with a view of the street above and lovely chocolate walls. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the noise levels, but it makes sense that people would bring their kiddos, who would then be hopped up on sugar. So as long as you're prepared for that, you'll have a marvelous time, as I did!

From start to finish our visit was great! The service was first class and the food amazing! Definitely worth a visit!

We had another great afternoon tea today … been before but wanted to return as a little treat to our son … we were not disappointed. Pleasant staff and good food!

What a lovely experience we had a lovely time. The food was delicious. The staff were fantastic they made it a special occasion and made a fuss of our children as it was their birthday.

This is such a lovely, relaxing (if high calorie) event. The treats are delicious, the staff is superb, and they take excellent care of allergy concerns, particularly coeliac. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

Nice afternoon tea but really pricey. I feel like they could have had more variety with the desserts so you’re not overloaded with chocolate. There were also flies buzzing around and so I couldn’t eat my candy floss which was disappointing.
