Amazing experience for the family. The service consistently went above and beyond to make it a fantastic experience for the kids and the adults. I highly recommend it as a way to create a memory in London for families.

Our family had a very special afternoon tea experience unlike any other tea! Loved the theme that even carried through the hallways and restroom pictures. The thoughtful naming of drinks and food was so fun. We were stuffed by the end and everything was delicious. The service was impeccable.

The decorations and ambience were very fitting for the theme as soon as you walk in to the venue. The waiting staff are very well prepared to explain everything and fully on top of all the dietary requirements. The food was amazing and we were offered more rounds of savouries at no extra cost. There were plenty of unique tea choices but you also had the option to order just black tea or coffees as well. The presentation of the desserts was superb. It really fit in well with the theme and everything was delicious. I'd highly recommend the whole experience. Very unique and impressive presentation.

Very enjoyable afternoon tea! Excellent friendly service throughout. Several nice touches to make the day special. Too much food for us to finish - but thankfully they are more than happy to offer take away boxes.

This was simply a magical experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was chic yet playful, and the treats were over the top! Our family had such a wonderful time at the afternoon tea and highly recommend!

The restaurant is absolutely beautiful and we had very high hopes. We started with the tea, and I wanted to order the caramel noir tea. Even though it was included on the vegan menu, I found out that the caramel used in the tea is non-vegan and contained dairy. I would strongly prefer not to have non-vegan items listed on a vegan menu so that I know what I can and cannot order. The savories arrived, and they were all simple, but quite good. The scones were not quite as good, they were a bit dry and had a distinct baking soda flavor to them. However, the desserts were the worst. We did not enjoy a single one of them.

Going to the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory High Tea was a wonderful experience not just for my son, but for us too! We were treated so well, the always attentive staff meeting our needs without hesitation. My son has a chocolate allergy, and they were happy to change/substitute anything that had chocolate in it. A wonderful afternoon for all of us!
