The service was amazing and the staff really make the experience. The only nod to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was the entrance and decor upstairs. Where afternoon tea was served looked like any other restaurant and was not themed in any way. The food items were presented well but presentation exceeded taste. The scones were wonderful!

Such a good afternoon tea. From the moment we walked through the door, we were looked after. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Great ideas for the food 👌

I highly recommend this afternoon tea. I've been to quite a few in London and this is the best one I've been to for children. The service was amazing, not rushed at all. The courses are brought out separately so it's not too overwhelming and you get a break in between. We were looked after by a lovely woman called Fanta, who could not do enough for us. If you're thinking of an afternoon tea for your children, pick this one! I will certainly be going back!

It was a birthday treat for my daughter and friends, we were whisked through the lobby with the bad nut, good nut test, the bar that isn’t a bar and the only section that’s actually themed, downstairs to a table with no decoration. Could have been any other place. The service was great but everything else felt lacklustre and over the top. The drinks for the kids were really bad so we mainly drank water. The food was ok ish but I wouldn’t go back or recommend it. Definitely not worth the price.

Lovely afternoon tea with great service! Sandwiches were lovely and scones were delicious. We were not too keen on the puddings and thought with the theme there would be some chocolate truffles or Charlie and the chocolate themed wierd sweet creations eg lickabke wall paper / something more interactive. Service was great but did take a while to get the bill at the end.

From the minute we walked in, we had a warm welcome then we were taken to our table where the staff were amazing and the scones were the best ones I have ever tasted!!! 10/10 my little boy loved it

If I didn’t know I’d booked Charlie and chocolate factory you would never had guessed. Nothing relatable to the experience. Decor bland generally people looked bored
