We enjoyed it but at £50 and £70 per head it would have been nice to have a bit more theatre around the experience rather than having to pay additional fees.

I am gluten and dairy free and they did an amazing job of eking the menu so I could still try everything. You made a point to say everything was gluten and dairy free when they brought it out. The food was delicious and the entire experience was a lot of fun.

Given the name there were hardly any chocolate treats - just one tiny mousse. The sandwiches were very mediocre and tiny. The quiche was literally thumb sized. Extremely underwhelming. The best thing about the whole experience was our host Fanta. She was friendly, patient and charming.

Amazing wonka tea!! Loved the person that greeted us and took our shopping bag, he was so nice and gave my son a lollipop at the end for his birthday.

The tea and service was lovely. I do think it is overpriced. Kids menu too is overpriced. But one does leave full. Just a lot to spend on cucumber sandwiches and the like. The sandwiches and scones were delicious. The dessert felt like a bit of a letdown given that this was Charlie and the chocolate factory themed. The desserts were just ok and pretty removed from chocolate. The cotton candy/candy floss was very nice for my kids.
