The place was nice, but empty there was no reason to wait almost an hour for glass noodles and one small chicken plate. The table next to ours got their food within 20 minutes. The waitress was nice about it, but overall over priced for that slow of a service.

Another great meal at Char’d! If you are dining here, do not sleep on the dumplings. They are to die for! I went for the spicy squid and pork this time. Spicy, savory, delicious. I also tried the yuzu beez specialty cocktail and really enjoyed it! Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. The service this visit was a little off. The food came out quickly. But our server was not very present as you would normally expect. Could be an off night. One other thing to note. We had a party of 6. It is not unusual to see a gratuity added for a party our size, and it was. But what was unusual was it was listed on the bill as a “service charge”. That was unusual to me so I asked about it and was advised that it was a gratuity. I wasn’t upset about it. But I would prefer to see it listed as a gratuity. Regardless, we will be back for the amazing food!

The kitchen was behind on orders but our waitress only stopped by once in a 45 minute period before taking our order.

Sunday night was tough for Char’d. So many issues. Understaffed. Very uncomfortable temperature in the restaurant. Food and drinks took forever.

Great food and Shana was an awesome server! The booths were spacious and comfortable. Lots of great menu offerings. I highly recommend the bibimbap!

We go time and time again because this place is truly excellent. 🔥🔥 Service is always good, food is always even better. Get that croffle dessert, you will not be disappointed!
