A 4 Course Seafood Inspired Menu, presented in conjunction with Caudle's Catch! We begin the evening with a complimentary cocktail and live oyster shucking! Sit back and enjoy four course of elegantly prepared dishes, and optional wine pairing. Menu will be released closer to the date. Within 48 hours of reserving, a representative from Charcoal Steakhouse will call you to arrange for an event deposit by phone.

Visited this place with the family. We ordered 4 apps and 4 entrees. We recommend beef Wellington app. The rest are ok

Our waiter Dan was outstanding. He listened attentively and made great recommendations. We heard him talking with several tables, his conversations were engaging and light-hearted. The food was incredible and the mocktails were the best we have ever had, so much flavour! The restaurant was not crowded and not loud so we had a very enjoyable family dinner.

We enjoyed our visit to Charcoal Steak House. The food was tasty and impressively presented. Our server was friendly, helpful and efficient. We had an issue with the noise level on the patio and unfortunately had to move indoors. Not from music but from voices from the other tables. They were very accommodating and moved us quickly. All in all, a lovely venue to have lunch with friends.

We have been to Charcoal a couple of times when visiting Waterloo. Every aspect of our meal was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. All of the dishes and drinks are presented thoughtfully and beautifully. The flavours in all our dishes were amazing. The ambience and service were also superior to anything we have experienced. We highly recommend Charcoal and can’t wait to return.
