During my visit, I raised an issue with the taste of the crabcakes. The server quickly communicated the manager would come over. Randy Black I assume was the manager on duty came over to the table. I communicated my crabcakes tasted fishy and he responded, "Well, it is fish. Typically, we don't take back any food unless it wasn't prepared correctly, but I guess I can take it back." The snarky and dismissive comment was unnecessary. At no point, did Randy offer an apology or ask if I wanted something else from the menu but just walked away with the plate, unacceptable. The crabcakes served, unfortunately did not meet the high standards I expected from a "fine dining" establishment especially when we spent over $100 per person. I was disappointed to find that my concerns were dismissed by the manager and his response not only left me feeling undervalued as a customer but also raised questions about the commitment to customer satisfaction at the establishment.

My food was awful! Eat there a lot and never have I had bland food like I had this time! I told the GM and he listened but showed no concern! They stress the dress code on their webpage but patrons were in sweat pants 1/2 way down their legs, vulgar sweatshirts and they had no problem seating them for Sunday brunch. If I did not have a gift card I probably would say good bye nice knowing you!

This was my first time at the restaurant. The atmosphere was romantic and the staff was superb.

The steaks were excellent. The potatoes were cold and the salad was mediocre. The service was very bad compared to Ruth’s Chris, Capital Grill or Folks Folly (which is a higher level of restaurant IMO). I was very surprised that on Valentine’s Day they didn’t even say happy Valentine’s much less do something for the customers. I won’t go back to this location but might try Huntsville some day.

Ja was our waiter and he was so kind and very attentive. It was Valentine’s Day and Char was busy, but we never felt neglected. The crab cakes were amazing as always… my steak entree was perfectly cooked. My husband’s duck was a little more rare than he wanted but we were pleased nonetheless. We will be back!
