Asked when making reservation if a special event AND… any special requests. I took the time to respond to all questions in detail. My response and request was NEVER acknowledged, nor were we asked during the visit. My wife and I had to ask for a booth out of the middle of the general dining and that was my sole request when making the reservation. The service AND food was ADEQUATE at best. A $200 meal for 2 people with no appetizer or dessert. Entree sides were luke warm as if the meal had been sitting… overall, a disappointing experience. I would recommend MANY other dining experiences around Huntsville over Char…

Our date night was a great experience as always at Char. Laurie was our waitress and she was such a delight. We definitely will return for special occasions and date night. The Prime Rib was perfectly cooked at medium and the Salmon was delicious. Keep up the good work

We went for late lunch and was able to order from the dinner menu. Sea Bass is cooked perfectly and you can never go wrong with their filet mignon! It’s always nice to eat at Char for their consistency.

Most of the meal was great. We ordered appetizers, main course and desert. Everything was amazing, perfectly cooked and flavorful, until I got the bread pudding. It was hot on the edges, and cold in the middle. I don't know if the berries warmed the edges or if it was microwaved, but it really left something to be desired. Cold bread pudding is just disgusting, especially with such a temperature difference between it and the topping.

Lunch was yummy, salmon with the veggies! Brownie Dessert like no other was great! Will go back. Service very good. Food looked amazing as well.
