We enjoyed the food. The portions are nicely sized and good quality. The service was great with Taylor. We always enjoy Char.

Service was fabulous; however, the steaks that 2 of us ordered were overcooked. They were supposed to be medium but were closer to well done. That said they tasted great so we did not send them back. Also the baked potatoes we received were not hot the the center. I love this restaurant but was disappointed with my meal this time. The other 2 members of our party received perfectly prepared steaks.

We strive to serve all of our cuts of meat to the desired temperature per our guests' specifications, and I apologize that we fell short on execution here. We had a business lunch reserved for 6 at 1:00. 2 people had to cancel and 1 was an hour late so we did not even order until after 2pm. The staff was very accommodating and did not rush us at all or push us to order drinks and appetizers. I felt bad to take up a table for so long but they acted like it was no problem at all. Most restaurants would not be so hospitable in this situation. Well done Char!
