Chapter One on the Guilford green is proudly open during the Covid pandemic for outdoor dining on our large Patio, Artist Garden outdoor seating, and Curbside To-Go. We light our fire pits in the Artist Garden every evening where you can reserve a Adirondack chair or just enjoy the Ambience. Our kitchen is open daily featuring a variety of meals. Our menu offers a range of entrees including, Seafood, and American cuisines. Our bar serves the finest quality liquors, wines and we have 12 Draft beer lines featuring domestic and local Craft brews.

We’ve been here once before on their patio and it was a good experience wanted to go back to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we typically give the benefit of the doubt but it took 1 hour just to get the appetizer and another hour for the main course. We put the entire order (apps and entrees) in at the same time. Service was very slow for only having 3 tables and not many people on the back patio, my husband went up a couple times to the bartender to get his own drinks because it seemed like she was the only one working. Unfortunately left feeling as if it was a wasted trip..

First time I have been to your restaurant, and I enjoyed the food, the waitress was very nice and friendly, and I cannot say one bad word about Chapter One! I will be back.
