We would like to invite you to enjoy dinner in little Europe. Our restaurant is fully family-owned. You will meet the grandma who's cooking everyday at the restaurant, you will enjoy our freshly baked bread and delicious food!
The Chanta family invites you to our home, where we will offer you authentic European food, hospitality and warmth! We started our restaurant business in Romania, over 8 years ago and we have three restaurants there. This is our first restaurant in the States, which opened in June 2020. We highly recommend the lamb chops specialty and all the homemade breads we have. The restaurant is beautifully designed for a cozy, intimate dinner. Enjoy your journey!

The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Loved the food, the service and the coziness of the restaurant. Started with the octopus and the mussels. The mussels were absolutely the best I have ever had. Plump and juicy in a tomato garlicky sauce that was to die for. The octopus was well prepared and tender. They had two different pasta dishes; the lobster ravioli and the truffle purses. Both were delicious. The two women that are family were so attentive and caring. We had the pleasure of elf meeting the family. Had an exception time and can't wait to go back!

Homemade pappardelle with shrimp. Amazing. The chicken paprika was over the top. Great food without ridiculous prices. Best Italian in Tampa

Great find I just stumbled upon this place last Sunday. Family run excellent food and VERY knowledge staff. Highly recommend!

Chanta is such a hidden gem in Tampa, the menu is incredible from top to bottom and offers a unique selection you won’t find anywhere else. I start planning my next visit before we even get the bill, highly recommend and always looking forward to the next time!

It is a beautiful quaint family restaurant. The food very good with varieties of Eastern European cuisines.

I brought my parents here for my dad’s birthday. The restaurant s was beautiful and it was nice having the whole place to ourselves. Our server was nice but the food was really not amazing for the price. My mom’s meal was pork schnitzel which was the dish that was the most disappointing. Good flavor in the meat but it was served with a side of instant box quality mashed potatoes and some lettuce and tomatoes without dressing in a bowl. My mom actually wanted rice as her side but we were just enjoying each others company as I am flying out tomorrow. The dessert was incredible specifically the donut.
