We had a reservation for 1:15 PM. They didn’t seat us until after 1:45. There were no apologies or explanations. Most of the hot foods were cold or dried out. The fresh pineapples were brown. As we ate, workers kept coming by to remove our drink menus and table numbers, etc. because they were cleaning up. We felt rushed even though we’d only been there for a half hour at that point. It was a very disappointing experience.

This was so amazing and needed! So many options. Just wish we had servers check on us more for refills but overall just a great Father’s Day brunch!

The experience is no one reaches your brunch. We have been there many times and just waiting to see when you would re-open after covid.. The only thing I can think of which needs attention is food temperature the soup was delicious but it should have been hot..

The variety and quality of food was food. While we were there the diningroom was less than 1/2 full. 15 min after being seated I went to the hostess asking for direction because no one had come to the table yet. Saron arrived shorty thereafter, vaguly explained the buffet, and took our orders for 2 mimosas. After 20 min and 2 trips to the buffet, Saron returned with 2 glasses of orange juice. Another 20 min later I went to find her and gave her a card to pay our bill. No one even refilled our water this whole time... it's not like Saron was taking orders, she was basically serving drinks... we saw another server running her butt off, but not Saron... lazy, no service, unacceptable

We've been to the brunch many times before and a few times after Covid. Unfortunately, we were kind of disappointed this time. The mixed vegetables, were just a frozen mix with a lot of broccoli stalks, the prime rib was really tough, and the pasta from the pasta bar was cold. The breakfast items were good, the other lunch items were just okay. Of course, the desserts were delicious. We'll be back in the hopes this was just a off day.

We’ve been here before. I feel like there isn’t nearly as much to choose from as their used to be. I was disappointed. I couldn’t toast my bagel with lox. Which is my favorite thing there. There weren’t very many options of topping for my waffle and pancakes. And I thought they used to have a waffle maker for fresh waffles? Maybe I’m wrong. But the whole waffle pancake situation was disappointing to me. Everything I did eat was very yummy but there was just not as much to choose from as I remembered. 🥺😔

Not trying to be negative - but this has gone downhill from years past. Beef was cooked well; but not trimmed and membrane left in, so while chewing forced to spit out gristle on my plate. Mashed potatoes good. String beans a bit soggy. Gravy and au jus VERY salty; can only assume came from powder/mix. Eggs Benedict served on untoasted English muffins. Roasted veg combo from fruit island/taco island was not roasted but actually steamed. Crab cakes were soggy and very salty. Taco soup was bland. Macaroons were not the real deal; frosted. Sorry - but doubt we will be coming back, which is a shame. This used to be a lot of value and fun; but we were disappointed. Very mediocre food.

Tons of people waiting outside when we arrived for our reservation. I'm not sure if the other parties were early or late, but it was packed at the entrance. Our waiter was fine until it was time for the check... seemed like we were waiting for over half an hour and didn't see him around at all to ask for it earlier. Otherwise he was great and the food was amazing.
