                                                  My booking for the Champagne Bar was made for lunchtime Small Plates. Upon arrival, we were informed there was no lunch and no small plates. Only Afternoon Tea which, with one glass of champagne, was £83 pp for Brut or £93 pp for Rose. There is no denying the cakes were delicious, the champagne was good, and the sandwiches were okay. But it was an outrageous amount of money for very little. The booking system needs to amended so that it is clear to the customer that lunch is not available; that small plates are only available after 5pm. This was not the case when I booked and had I known that the only food service available was Afternoon Tea at a minimum £70 per person, I would not have booked.

                                                  The bar is located in a beautiful and quiet location, with a lovely calm background atmosphere. The décor is excellent and surroundings in a evening excellent.

                                                  We visited for a special breakfast which was booked through OpenTable. The booking was acknowledged promptly and reminders were sent regularly! The venue was excellent, with gentle piano music playing to add to the amazing setting and ambiance The food and service were first class. We both had screamed eggs with smoked salmon and fresh apple juice. Overall, an amazing experience with beautifully dressed staff to enhance the experience further! Absolutely faultless.

                                                  We didn't eat but the system made it mandatory to score. Service was a little slow in the champagne bar and we had to chase up our drinks after ordering. But overall a nice experience. The Christmas decorations were amazing.

                                                  Absolutely love it here it is the perfect place for talking & drinking one of the lovely champagne cocktails in a perfect ambiance. Beautifully twinkly for Christmas too. Can’t rate this venue high enough - my brother and I always meet here.
