Located at the heart of Maple Ridge, Chameleon brings a chic, sophisticated restaurant and lounge to life. 25ft ceilings with an open kitchen concept breathe new life to a timelessly stylish, sexy, and fun space.

Executive Chef Dan has created an innovative, seasonally inspired menu that, like the Chameleon, changes its appearance with its surroundings. Our intentions are to showcase the Pacific Northwest through seasonally inspired dishes and cocktails.

    Join us for a lovely evening with some exclusive dining brought to you by our executive chef, Daniel Schreuder. At $110 per person, we’re offering a 3 course menu with bread service - a selection of choices to guide you through the night, along with a $30 optional wine pairing. Reservations start at 5PM with our last seating at 9PM. Book with us online through Open Table or call us at 604 467 5664 to RSVP. Please note: All bills are subject to a 20% auto gratuity. Our a la carte menu will not be available. Our dine time is 2.5 hours for tables of 2 - 4 guests, and 3 hours for tables of 5+ guests. We are closed for lunch and happy hour. Valentine's Day is an adult-only event, we do not allow children.

    We had an amazing meal on our date night. The staff were outstanding and can’t wait to go back again very soon.

    Have eaten there twice recently after a long absence of not going there. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious! We had the lamb loin and the chicken and the portions are generous. We shared a crème brûlée which was absolutely mouth watering. Our server Mackenzie was very attentive and friendly. My only critique is that it would of been appreciated if we were asked if we wanted to go upstairs or downstairs. We were automatically taken upstairs. It would of been appreciated if we’re provided a choice. The prices are a tad high but would be expected for what we were served. Would definitely recommend giving it a try. So glad to see we have a place like this in Maple Ridge.

    Always a fantastic experience here. The bartender/bar manager always has fantastic new concoctions, the food is superb, and the service always friendly and top notch.

    Beautiful ambience, delicious entree! Salad was lack lustre compared to the rest of the meal. I don’t think it was worth the price of the meal. Servers were great and atmosphere was fun and celebratory.

    Our third visit to Chameleon this season. Love the Vie En Rose cocktail, my favourite. Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed their appetizers and entries; cooked to perfection. Hard to beat this place for service and flavour.

    It's been awhile since I have been to Cameleon in Maple Ridge. The meal and experience was very good. There were one issue. The lava cake was unfortunately fully cooked. The flavour was there and it was improved with the gelato but it was a disappointing finish to an overall good experience. I normally would have mentioned this to our server however she was very busy and the flavour was still good. This one small mistake does not deserve a 3 rating so my overall score is 4 and I highly recommend Chameleon in Maple Ridge.
