Explore Domaine Belargus, a wine lover's dream come true, with Ivan Massonat. Ivan is a passionate wine enthusiast, determined to restore the prestige of a thousand-year-old wine region. After years of searching for “diamonds in the rough”, he fell in love with Anjou in the Loire. Thanks to a few decisive encounters and a true "alignment of planets", he built a vineyard of twenty hectares, mainly on hillsides. Chenin Blanc is the sole "instrument" at Belargus, each plot interpreted with precision. Respecting the personality of each vintage, the Domaine produces 10 cuvées of dry white wines with long aging. When Mother Nature allows it, the magic of botrytis allows the Domaine to create a few cuvées of sweet wines. 5 Courses, 12 Wines.

Oliviero, our new(ish) & super talented Sommelier, will take center stage tonight, hosting a 4-Course Dinner @ the Communal Table, paired with 12 Wines he hand picked from our Cellar. In his own words, "In reflecting on the 10 past years working in food and beverage, moving through 4 different countries, a handful of cities, and restaurants, I have selected a roster of bottles for this night imitating this intimate trip. I hope to showcase the best of where I have come from, journeyed to, and where I am now...Every bottle has a story behind it."
