Chef Diego Moya puise dans ses expériences américaines, françaises, chiliennes, pour créer une cuisine de saison. Il met en avant le légume, privilégie les circuits courts et collaborent avec des fermiers travaillant dans le respect de l'environnement. Le menu est constitué d'un large choix d'entrées et de plats pouvant être partagés, permettant de découvrir sa cuisine de multiples façons. De vins de terroir produits par des vignerons et vigneronnes, des brasseurs, des distillateurs défendant l'agriculture biologique, biodynamique, naturelle. Tel est le credo des 3000 références de la carte. La sélection est faite par Arnaud Tronche et Pascaline Lepeltier MS, MOF. For the 5:30pm & 9:00pm seatings, the fixed price of the menu is $80 per person and all beverage is billed on consumption, contributing to the overall minimum guaranteed spend of $115 per person (before tax and gratuity).

This was a return visit for us. We drove from Boston specifically for a weekend of dining and couldn’t miss this wonderful place! Every dish perfect. Party of 3 actually shared four entrees. None less than perfect. All dazzling with flavor and beautifully chosen ingredients! I love this place. We are so tired of overly presumptuous places. This restaurant has a world best chef and feels like home with friends while dining at the community table!

Nous avons passé un excellent repas au bar avec des conseils vraiment excellent de la personne au bar. Tout était délicieux dans les verres ou dans l’assiette. Quand ouvrez vous une antenne à Paris :)?

I love Chambers. Chill atmosphere, great service, wonderful wine list and food. All the food is delicious. Particularly the small plates and vegetables. I would like to have a few more large plate options. Great night .

One of my favorite restaurants that I frequent when in NYC. If you are interested in a reasonably priced educational wine experience talk with the sommelier about course pairings.
