Chef Diego Moya puise dans ses expériences américaines, françaises, chiliennes, pour créer une cuisine de saison. Il met en avant le légume, privilégie les circuits courts et collaborent avec des fermiers travaillant dans le respect de l'environnement. Le menu est constitué d'un large choix d'entrées et de plats pouvant être partagés, permettant de découvrir sa cuisine de multiples façons. De vins de terroir produits par des vignerons et vigneronnes, des brasseurs, des distillateurs défendant l'agriculture biologique, biodynamique, naturelle. Tel est le credo des 3000 références de la carte. La sélection est faite par Arnaud Tronche et Pascaline Lepeltier MS, MOF. We are regulars at this wonderful restaurant. The food is all delicious, the wine list extensive. Special thanks to the extremely knowledgeable sommelier who often points out something great we wouldn't have known to choose.

I want to shout from the rooftops about this extraordinary gem in NYC's Lower Manhattan - just a stone's throw from City Hall. The general manager of a midtown restaurant recommended we try it because of its extensive collection of Chartreuse and great wine list. To enjoy a dinner with rare 1960s and even a sip of an even earlier bottling of the French liquer would have been worth the trek from UES, but the food alone overseen by head chef John was brilliantly conceived and full of flavor. Each dish was lovingly crafted and presented professionally by the team at Chambers. The divine tuna and equisitely dressed kohlrabi salad were wonderful starters, but the halibut with sunchokes and cheese gnudi entrees were delicious. Desserts, prepared in front of us at the kitchen counter seating, were amazing finales to start iur new year obsession with this special restaurant. We cannot wait to return often as we understand that the menu changes often even though the sommelier in chief's wine list remains a constant that will impress most connoisseurs.

My wife and I moved to TriBeCa in September and have been trying one local restaurant a week since we arrived. This was hands down our favourite.
The food was delicious, the service was perfect and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly.

I heard this was Pascaline's restaurant, so I came to visit.
I was deeply moved to have Pascaline herself recommend wine to me.
The restaurant's interior is beautiful, and the quality of the food was truly satisfying.
I will definitely come again. Thank you as well for the wine and food gifts.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I’ve been twice now and have had the best experiences sitting at the bar just taking it all in. The energy is calm but assured, the food is absolutely incredible and at the heart of the whole operation is the wine. This is a restaurant that pairs food to the wine and if you’re a wine lover like me, it’s an excellent educational experiences! All of the stars for Chambers.

Great dinner again. They were running a little behind on a busy Tuesday but gave us a glass which gladly bided our time, until our table was ready. Foie gras torching special was delish, as were Manila clams and Castelfranco. For mains we had the trofie pasta, rib eye with tomato butter (omg), white sweet potatoes (another omg) and cauliflower. Everything was superb. Service by Nicky and rest of team was exemplary. 2012 vigna flavia was perfect choice from superSomm Pascaline, to compliment meal. Couldn’t ask for better.
