Moitié Paris, moitié New York, Racines NY, l'un des 100 meilleurs restaurants à vins des Etats-Unis, rend hommage aux bars à vins vivant parisiens au coeur de TriBeCA. Chef Diego Moya puise dans ses expériences américaines, françaises, chiliennes, pour créer une cuisine de saison. Il met en avant le légume, privilégie les circuits courts et collaborent avec des fermiers travaillant dans le respect de l'environnement. Le menu est constitué d'un large choix d'entrées et de plats pouvant être partagés, permettant de découvrir sa cuisine de multiples façons. De vins de terroir produits par des vignerons et vigneronnes, des brasseurs, des distillateurs défendant l'agriculture biologique, biodynamique, naturelle. Tel est le credo des 3000 références de la carte. La sélection est faite par Arnaud Tronche et Pascaline Lepeltier MS, MOF. Une vingtaine de vins sont offerts au verre et tous les mardis des dégustations sont organisées. Des cocktails sont proposés par la talentueuse équipe du bar

We are thrilled to welcome someone who changed how we drink wine: Alice Feiring. If you're drinking natural wine today, it is in part because of her work. It was her groundbreaking story in the New York Times (For Better or Worse, Wines go High Tech), that set her out as the badass natural wine champion. To date she's written eight books, her latest a memoir, "To Fall in Love, Drink This." This dinner is a vinous travelog of her recent half-year stay in Europe, and most likely the base for a forthcoming book. She'll share wines from new discoveries to old friends, and of course their stories. You'll want to ask her, "So why did you return to the Jura three times?" She'll certainly have the answer, and some books on hand. 12 Wines, 4 Courses

Visiting from Montreal, this was an amazing experience! We ate at the food counter and it was impressive to watch the crew do their magic. The food was very tasty and fresh. One of the best restaurant I have eaten in a long time. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Amazing innovative food with remarkable products. An outstanding Maitre d'/sommelier who has been a finalist at the recent Best Sommelier of the world Contest (2023), an extraordinary wine list, great service, tables of the proper size and exceptional quality/prize ratio. We couldn't be happier to have discovered that place.

Always great food and wine. Cool without being too hip. Ample space and moderate volume so you can actually have a conversation without shouting.

Probably one of the most amazing treasure filled restaurants in New York City. I've been to many Michelin star restaurants and this experience blows them all away. Jared sets the tone as soon as you walk in the door. The man is amazing, he has the heart of gold and he's gifted in every manner of restaurant hospitality. The wine list is so expansive it's not for the faint of heart, you should probably familiarize yourself with the list because it is amazing. Of course, there is help around the corner with a wonderful woman from France who knows wine inside and out. The food is wow spectacular amazing tantalizing tempting taunting titillating. I don't know what to say but this wine and food combination is off the charts. The ambience was eclectic... People who clearly understand food go to eat there with a low level of noise and a concentration on the the food the staff and the wine. Everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves, there was laughter there was Joy there was general exuberance to be at this restaurant. There are only a few restaurants that tick the boxes like this one; it's small, it's beautiful and it does everything flawlessly. I can't wait to go back!!!

Food and service at Chambers is consistently superb time after time. Food is top notched and always encounter a new approach for preparation which is a wonderful surprise. The vast wine selection is approachable with excellent recommendations by the sommeliers.
