On Tuesday, December 3rd, we are honored to welcome someone who changed the way we are drinking, thinking and enjoying wines in America: Raj Parr. Raj is a living wine legend: taster extraordinaire, exceptional sommelier, explorer of terroirs with Sashi Moorman (Sandhi, Domaine de la Côte, Evening Land), and today a sensitive and forward-thinking vigneron. Focusing on regenerative farming in his vineyard in Cambria, California, working with unique grape varieties, he is looking to produce wines with a transparent sense of place and life. For this dinner, he is bringing both new releases and first vintages for us to experience his work and vision. We will be lucky to try 13 of his wines over a 4-course dinner.

We are thrilled to welcome Sebastian Nasello of Podere Le Ripi. Starting at Le Ripi in 2012 at 24 years old, he is now the head of one of the most unique properties of Montalcino, an estate dedicated to farming with a purpose since day one. Founded in 1997 by Francesco Illy in Galampio near Castelnuovo dell'Abate, the wines exhale the energy of life brought by biodynamic practices and holistic approaches in the vineyard and the cellar. Without a doubt they are in tune with nature, pushing the limits as with their Bonsai plants, his personal project Bakkanali, and their wine bar Vineria Aperta. Sebastian will guide us through the different cuvées, with a mini-vertical to taste how the wines fully embody their terroir, paired with 4 Courses.
