Chef Diego Moya puise dans ses expériences américaines, françaises, chiliennes, pour créer une cuisine de saison. Il met en avant le légume, privilégie les circuits courts et collaborent avec des fermiers travaillant dans le respect de l'environnement. Le menu est constitué d'un large choix d'entrées et de plats pouvant être partagés, permettant de découvrir sa cuisine de multiples façons. De vins de terroir produits par des vignerons et vigneronnes, des brasseurs, des distillateurs défendant l'agriculture biologique, biodynamique, naturelle. Tel est le credo des 3000 références de la carte. La sélection est faite par Arnaud Tronche et Pascaline Lepeltier MS, MOF. To kick off this year's series of very special wine dinners, we are celebrating the wines of Domaine Huet, an icon of the Loire Valley & Chenin Blanc. We are lucky to welcome Sarah Hwang, from the family owner of the domaine, and Benjamin Joliveau, the head of viticulture & winemaking since 2020. They will take us through the new releases from 2023, discuss their dedication to biodynamic farming, and lead us through back vintages to taste and appreciate the unique terroirs of the 3 main sites they work with: le Haut-Lieu, le Mont & le Clos du Bourg. We will taste the different styles, varying depending on the profile of the year, from aged sparkling to sec, demi-sec, moelleux including the rare Cuvée Constance. 4 Courses, 13 Wines.

The sweetbreads with baby turnips is one of my most favorite dishes ever and the bread service is also excellent. The cheese course was also beautifully curated with rye crackers.

We have been coming to Chambers since it was Racines, and Pascaline and Jared are like family. We supported them and they us through the dark times of Covid. We love the elegant meals and fantastic wine list in a smart and intimate neighborhood setting. They are our go to setting for almost every special occasion and they never disappoint . We cannot say enough nice things about this wonderful Tribeca gem!

Everything was perfect, as always. Chambers never disappoints, and every experience there offers an opportunity to discover something new and exciting. All you have to do hand the wine list to Oliviero or Pascaline and let them guide you.

Wonderful experience, the food was very good, the service outstanding and the ambiance very relaxed.

Absolutely incredible experience. Every dish was carefully and beautifully prepared. The wine list was extensive and with the knowledge of the staff we didn’t miss. From start to finish a phenomenal meal.
