Chef Diego Moya puise dans ses expériences américaines, françaises, chiliennes, pour créer une cuisine de saison. This Valentine's Day, wine will be filling the air with love, thanks to one of our dear friends (and one of the most passionate wine lovers we know), Bryan Garcia. Bryan’s passion led him to leave his university career to embrace the world of wine, working for a famous NY importer before starting his own company, aptly named Corkhoarder. Via his talent for tasting, he is building an exciting wine portfolio, his finger on the pulse of the most forward thinking vigneronnes & vignerons. You will discover some of these gems tonight. Nous avons passé un excellent repas au bar avec des conseils vraiment excellent de la personne au bar. Tout était délicieux dans les verres ou dans l’assiette. Quand ouvrez vous une antenne à Paris :)?

I love Chambers. Chill atmosphere, great service, wonderful wine list and food. All the food is delicious. Particularly the small plates and vegetables. I would like to have a few more large plate options. Great night .

One of my favorite restaurants that I frequent when in NYC. If you are interested in a reasonably priced educational wine experience talk with the sommelier about course pairings.

The expérience was amazing. We had a really good service, the Food was delicious (from the starter to the dessert) and the sommelière had a huge wine list. I wabted her to suprise me in the Food and wine pairing, and that’s what she did with references i would never had tasted by myself.

The sweetbreads with baby turnips is one of my most favorite dishes ever and the bread service is also excellent. The cheese course was also beautifully curated with rye crackers.
