Join Pascaline for a deep dive into a place she loves so much: Anjou noir and its chenins. Growing up in Angers, she was lucky to discover wine in the unique microsome of the late 90s & early 2000s when the area was going through a revolution, a (re-)birth of dry chenin. Learning from visionary vigneronnes & vignerons, she was exposed to the importance of real farming, of life, intuition, and the respect to make bottles that express the place, the soil, and the soul. This dinner is an invitation to discover this journey, and to explore the diversity of the schisty hills, valleys, and plateaus of the area interpreted by producers she can call friends. It will be a very special evening for those who want a better understanding of chenin!

Explore Domaine Belargus, a wine lover's dream come true, with Ivan Massonat. Ivan is a passionate wine enthusiast, determined to restore the prestige of a thousand-year-old wine region. After years of searching for “diamonds in the rough”, he fell in love with Anjou in the Loire. Thanks to a few decisive encounters and a true "alignment of planets", he built a vineyard of twenty hectares, mainly on hillsides. Chenin Blanc is the sole "instrument" at Belargus, each plot interpreted with precision. Respecting the personality of each vintage, the Domaine produces 10 cuvées of dry white wines with long aging. When Mother Nature allows it, the magic of botrytis allows the Domaine to create a few cuvées of sweet wines. 5 Courses, 12 Wines.

The Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) is just a 9 minute walk from Chambers! If you've got 8:00PM tickets on Wednesday, October 30th to see Rene Fleming or Questlove as a part of the Icons of Culture Festival, join us for dinner beforehand, and we'll have you on your way by 7:40pm, leaving plenty of time to walk over to the theater and settle comfortably into your seats before showtime. Bookings become available starting Wednesday, October 16th. This reservation carries a maximum 2 hour time limit, regardless of party size. If you are not attending the events listed above, please be sure to book a regular reservation.
