Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

Amazing experience! Waiter Steven was phenomenal, tentative and he can sing. Must do it again.

Meats paradise. Great service. Visiting from Chicago and used to go to the best’s steakhouse but Chamas do Brazil is on the top of my list now.

The service, food, and ambiance was pefect. This was our first time at the restaurant and we will definitely be back. The salad bar was impressive as it had hot items on it as well. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back soon.

Tony was such a great waiter. He’s my to go to guy but also everyone there is so sweet and polite. I for sure recommend! The food was the best like always.

We are always welcomed back by the management.. Our server welcomed us back because he has been ou server many times before. As usual, the salad bar is excellent. Delicious meats brought hot to the table. I had to take most of my dessert home because everything is so good, it is difficult to stop.

I love the variety of sustenance on the salad bar and think they're practically on PAR with TX de brazil. They're 5min from where I live which is also why I choose them over TX de brazil because it's good and saves me money.

From the moment we walked in the service was amazing . The managers, our server and all the staff were wonderful. The food was excellent as always, definitely one of our favorite restaurants

First time trying this place out. Didn’t know what to expect as these types of places can be hit or miss. I have to say we really enjoyed our experience. Besides the food being delicious, the entire staff was top notch which makes all the difference in the world. It’s not as expensive as a traditional higher end steakhouse, but somewhere in between that and a chain steakhouse. You’re still getting the flavors of a higher end steakhouse, but you don’t have the two hour wait and certainly you get to try so many things so it’s well worth the money. Big shout out to our server, Steve. Super nice and asks probing questions which builds rapport and trust. Highly recommend this place if you live in the area.
