Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

We have not been here in awhile. Since we were in town, we decided to have an impromptu date night. Our food was fantastic, and our server Steve made the evening better with his high energy and overall attentiveness. Thank you for a great evening out.

Went for a birthday and it was amazing! Service and atmosphere hit the spot for us and the yummy food was awesome too! Lobster bisque was my favorite of the hot items and their house special is DELICIOUS will be returning sooner rather than later

I don't eat here often, however on the occasions that I do, it's always great. Our server, Jennifer, was very attentive, made sure we were doing well and had what we needed (Thank you Jennifer!), the food was amazing, atmosphere was quiet but had warmth to it and this place does not disappoint. Please, if you are on the fence, give it a try!

Chamas is a charming steakhouse with great atmosphere and an incredible staff. Their food is tasty, plentiful, and unique from other restaurants. Between the soups, the sides, the salad bar, and the parade of meats there is going to be something for everybody. I highly, highly recommend it!

I LOVE coming to Chamas any chance we get for a nice date night. One of my go to places to be honest. The service is amazing we have gotten Tony as our waiter a couple of times and he makes the experience wonderful with good service, a positive attitude, and very on top of our needs. He even asks if we are wanting a specific cut of meat to come around ! Overall just a very lovely experience here. The food is delicious and always tastes fresh. My water is always filled/topped off before I'm done with it. The servers and rotating dishes are always flowing and on time. NO COMPLAINTS! If you are planning a date night or even a nice outing with friends/family I would highly suggest here.
