Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

We have 3 Private rooms available. Our largest is for 40 people. The middle private room seats 20 people and our small private room seats 12 people but is also great for proposals!Mainly used for wedding rehearsals, brithdays, graduations, meetings and Christmas parties!

Be cautious on your reservations they overbooked and let walk ins sit before others with reservations. And be aware of how the meat is cooked, based on sitting when it gets to you we received a lot of fat or bloody meat and most was gone by the time it got around. We waited almost 30 min to receive 2 cuts of meat which I get its busy but when you see other tables around literally next to you getting food and they walk away, it used to be a good spot but seems things have changed definitely not worth nor did we get our monies worth of food.

Too busy i imagine because if new years but they should have more staff, waited too long for service and meats took an eternity. Totally feel like i got ripped off.

My husband and I went. It wasn’t our first time at a Brazilian steakhouse but it was both our first time at this one and we absolutely loved it. Our waitress Jennifer was amazing. As well as the other staff. They were so nice and attentive. Pulling out my chair, helping me old the top to the soup container, and even taking my husband and I photo for us. The food was delicious on all levels. The salad bar has so many options as well as meat and everything was amazing. My husband doesn’t eat seafood or pork and stuff had many many options to choose from. And the cuts of meat that were brought to the table were absolutely amazing on every level! Everything was tender and seasoned well. These people truly know how to get the job done. I highly recommend this place and my husband and I will definitely be back soon.

This was our fourth time eating at Chamas Do Brazil in the past month. Everything was Great as usual. Highly recommend Chamas Do Brazil.

Salad bar had very little choices and hot food got cold quick. Side dishes were cold and not enough was brought out for a party of 5. Steaks came out slow and the bill took forever too, not to mention that they took 20% gratuity for my party of 5 automatically.

We came in at lunchtime for our anniversary. We were greeted by someone at the front immediately and seated. Our waiter, Joseph, was outstanding. Great job, made us feel very welcome and made helpful suggestions, for example: dessert. Everything was good. We enjoyed the experience, and hope to come back again.

Manager was our waiter he was doing his very best. Very understaff even though our original waiter didn’t attend us manager had to step in. Overall experience one mistake would not prevent us from coming back it was a bad they for everyone.
