We chose this restaurant for a celebratory dinner for two after reading the thousands of rave reviews. The initial staff were kind but the experience declined after we were sat. There is a harried feel to this dining room and yet we felt kind of forgotten off to the side. Drinks needed refills. Clean plates were needed. All meats weren’t brought but repetitive choices. There were lots of young children at different tables, which I thought odd. Waiter was hard to understand bc he was soft spoken and seemed to have too many tables. They did offer a dessert for the occasion but failed to inform there was an up charge. We spent $200 for two people, no alcohol, no extras and it felt like a $50 experience. I have lots of fine dining experience and wanted to treat my son to this place with my hard earned money. This made me feel icky. We won’t be back. Very disappointed.

I come to this place often, and the last three times I’ve seen a decline in service and quality. I thought maybe it was just a bad day for staff the last two times because that happens but this third time was obvious something is going on. Several of the main courses were cold, the meats being requested never came but were seen being served at other tables. Refills took a very long time, the sever splashed grease all over my shirt because of how much in a rush they are which is very unpleasant. I hate to admit it but It seems I might have to try another Brazilian steakhouse.
