Connu pour son service exceptionnel, le Chama Gaucha propose une authentique "churrascaria" avec plus de 10 coupes de viandes savoureuses, dont l'agneau, le porc, le poulet et le bœuf, sur des brochettes sculptées par un gaucho à côté de la table. En plus de plusieurs morceaux de viande, le service met à disposition un bar à salades fraîches et abondantes, ainsi qu'un panier de traditionnels et appétissants pains au fromage pao de queijo. Vous apprécierez également les bananes frites, la purée de pommes de terre au beurre aillé et la polenta frite, servis sous forme de buffet familial. Une excellente carte vins et des cocktails brésiliens authentiques complètent le buffet à volonté. The food was hot, delicious and readily available. The salad bar is always a hit with a variety of options. Chama Gaucha has become our NYE spot. Will be back again next year.

Everything was awesome! We went for my sister birthday and she really enjoyed herself! The meat was seasoned sooo well and the salad bar was more than just a salad bar! Also even though we went on NYE the staff was very accommodating and had everything laid out. They also had wonderful customer service. I loved it and kudos to the management for running the establishment with such ease. My family and I will definitely be back soon!

Food is great specially the Picante!!! The place is really elegant, I also loved the salad bar specially the smoked salmon.

Each year we do our Christmas dinner here. This year it was subpar for the cost. The gauchos seemed to skip our table unless we called them over, we were not offered all the available sides and it took longer than necessary to get water. In fact, we had to request of two different servers glasses of water. When you are sending $75pp, the service and food should be superiour.

My family had a great experience. Assorted salad, the meats were tasty 😋 and juicy, and services were superb 👌, and the setting was excellent. No regret from this happy Mama. Merry Christmas, Y'all.
