Connu pour son service exceptionnel, le Chama Gaucha propose une authentique "churrascaria" avec plus de 10 coupes de viandes savoureuses, dont l'agneau, le porc, le poulet et le bœuf, sur des brochettes sculptées par un gaucho à côté de la table. En plus de plusieurs morceaux de viande, le service met à disposition un bar à salades fraîches et abondantes, ainsi qu'un panier de traditionnels et appétissants pains au fromage pao de queijo. Vous apprécierez également les bananes frites, la purée de pommes de terre au beurre aillé et la polenta frite, servis sous forme de buffet familial. Every waiter and manager that passed our table were nothing short of amazing! Food was great the house special pinwheel is one of my favorites. My wife loved the salad bar. She happy WE happy soo you get a 10/10 from me!

If I could get this place 10 Stars I would. We go there quite often and the service is always impeccable. I cannot say enough about management about the wait staff it's just impeccable the food is always always outstanding. If your filet is not cooked the way you want it well they make sure that it is the salad bar is always so fresh the value is fantastic. It is literally one of my favorite places to eat in Houston probably I would say my second favorite. We just love it. Thank you for always treating us well and always taking care of us . This was our first time visiting Chama Gaucha and it was for a birthday celebration. This restaurant didn’t disappoint us and it was fully staffed with excellent and friendly people, and the service was top-notch! The servers were very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond! The manager (I wish I would’ve gotten his name because I liked him) was a pleasure to speak with on highlighting Ponchos Restaurants (a joke to the red and green flag… Lol) and he too was very attentive and didn’t take his eyes off our table. He even brought out the cake and lit the candles which was really nice. The foods were also excellent, and you definitely didn’t have to wait for it to make it to our table because they were always there. This Brazilian steakhouse is by far the best in the Houston area and many times better than the others we’ve visited.

I go here with friends once a month and we love the service and food. Eric does a great job making sure to follow up so the right cuts are being served each time.

Very great service. Fast seating, helpful staff. The host was friendly. Food was excellent! Salad bar divine. This is the best Brazilian steak house in Houston
