Connu pour son service exceptionnel, le Chama Gaucha propose une authentique "churrascaria" avec plus de 10 coupes de viandes savoureuses, dont l'agneau, le porc, le poulet et le bœuf, sur des brochettes sculptées par un gaucho à côté de la table. En plus de plusieurs morceaux de viande, le service met à disposition un bar à salades fraîches et abondantes, ainsi qu'un panier de traditionnels et appétissants pains au fromage pao de queijo. Vous apprécierez également les bananes frites, la purée de pommes de terre au beurre aillé et la polenta frite, servis sous forme de buffet familial. Friendly Staff, fulfilled our requests quickly. Service at this location is miles ahead of service at other Chama Cauchas in other cities in Texas.

We lived in South America for years and thus veterans of many churrascarias. Chama Gaucha is THE best I've ever been to. We were seated instantly, nice table for two. The salad bar is extraordinary and they have awesome selections I've seen nowhere else. Non-stop cuts of meat and they always ask how you want it...medium rare, well-done, etc. Spectacular lady serving our table. Manager stopped by several times to make sure we were pleased. The valet parking is complimentary, but lightning fast getting your vehicle back. All in all....TEN GOLD STARS and light years ahead of the competition. Eat there now...you'll thank me later.

Food is always good.. But they no longer serve my favorite bisque (or any other soups) and charge a ridiculous $6 for the formerly included roasted pineapple. And also did not have my 2nd favorite diced pineapple at salad bar. And what is with TV that has firepalce screen saver playing commercials while we dine. A bit disappointed from past great past experiences

The food was seqsoned to perfection and service was amazing. Everything came out fresh and the management team rounded on us to ensure we had our meats of choice coming on a frequent basis. I highly recommend if your in the mood for a variety of amazing cuts of beef. Additionally, the salad bar was fantastic as well. We had a great experience celebrating my cousins birthday 🎂

Went for a birthday dinner. I asked for a quiet table, but I guess that’s not really possible at this restaurant. We’ve been many times before and it was noticeable how many things were missing at the salad bar. They got rid of the lobster bisque as well as some of the other cheeses And delicacies we used to look forward to. The meat was still very good and the men who came around to carpet were also very courteous, and the weight staff was all very kind.
