Connu pour son service exceptionnel, le Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse propose une authentique « churrascaria » avec plus de 12 coupes de viandes savoureuses, dont l'agneau, le porc, le poulet et le bœuf présentées sur des brochettes sculptées par des gauchos. En plus de plusieurs morceaux de viande, le service met à disposition un bar à salades fraîches et abondantes ainsi qu'un panier de traditionnels et appétissants pao de queijo (pains au fromage). Vous apprécierez également les bananes frits, la purée de pommes de terre au beurre aillé et la polenta frit, servis sous forme de buffet familial. The food and service were outstanding. Very fresh and tasty. The servers were great and attentive. Only thing missing was the ambiance too bright and loud. Not a romantic place more like a cafeteria. Would recommend for delicious food and service. My strawberry mojito was the best I ever had!

I celebrated my birthday! Service is amazing. The food is delicious. We picked a great wine with the help from our servers. Loved all of it!

It was a friend of the families 60th birthday and the first time visiting Chauma Gaucha. She will definitely be back! Your entire team consistently delivers on excellence in food and service.

Hands down the best Brazilian steakhouse I have ever been to. The meats were so favorable, juicy, and tender. The holy trinity of steak.

(Excellent food). We went on a Friday night with another couple. We had reservations and got seated right away. The flavors we experienced were amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive.

We went on a Saturday night, had reservations. They were just too busy. At some point we stopped getting meat. We weren’t even there that long. I went with my wife for our anniversary dinner. Yet, the table next to us with four girls had at least 4 men asking if they were satisfied or wanted a specific meat. We were asked until the end when we were ready for check. Very disappointing but now I know my wife can get good service if she goes for girls night.

I know that every place has an off day and it was an OFF day for this place. I get that a restaurant is trying to make the big bucks with large parties but then they should have more staff to deal with the crowds. Didn’t see our server for over an hour while he was dealing with a party of 20. Sent the bus boy over to take the dessert order. Done with our dessert then waited another 20 minutes for him to get around to bringing the check. Had the audacity to tell me that 30% is a standard tip as he has to share with the carvers. Wait you didn’t even earn 3% yet alone 30% as I sat with dirty dishes and empty side dishes in front of me for 20 minutes. To the point that the carvers didn’t even see my card to offer me meats. This was a special request for my daughter’s birthday. Next time I’ll pass it wasn’t worth the 100.00 a person to eat and the poor service spoiled the occasion.
