I was blown away from the walk in to the walk out. I brought some friends out for dinner and they loved it. I was walking to the salad bar & bam! a guy hands me a plate. They exchanged our plates and silverware consistently. Water was on point! The meat is one of the stars here along with the staff. It was top notch from beginning to end. Someone had a birthday at our table but he didn’t want to ask for the flan thinking they will sing to him. The server still brought the flan with a candle and pretended they were going to sing. Sike. Tough guy ate the whole thing. It’s worth every penny and who ever the manager is give him a bonus. Well done on the restaurant! I’ll be back

I loved it . It was my first visit & everyone was very attentive & happy to answer our questions. The only thing I would like is to be offered the chicken without the bacon.

5 star service and 5 star quality food. This was my first time to Chama Gaucha, it's now my favorite Brazilian Steak house. Operations at this place does not mess around. I was treating a client to dinner this particular evening and the service was dialed in so tight it made the experience incredible. The food was delicious: steak was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Even the bacon wrapped chicken was absolutely juicy but yet the bacon still had a nice crisp. The cocktail snob in me was thoroughly impressed as well. I went with their house Caipirinha- I could have drunk 5 of them but restraint prevailed. Good list of Port. Absolutely a 5 star experience, the level of service and quality at this establishment is unmatched. If you're thinking about coming here for business, birthday or special occasion - don't hesitate. Just do it.

We can’t wait to get to see you guys again soon. The food was delicious and as soon as we sat down our grandson was able to start feasting. The cocktails and side dishes were excellent and abundant. The dessert topped it off perfectly. The service was superb and we enjoyed every minute and bite. Thanks for the great Birthday.

The food was AMAZING! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was a little loud but it is a big place and everyone was enjoying themselves!
