Connu pour son service exceptionnel, le Chama Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse propose une authentique « churrascaria » avec plus de 12 coupes de viandes savoureuses, dont l'agneau, le porc, le poulet et le bœuf présentées sur des brochettes sculptées par des gauchos. En plus de plusieurs morceaux de viande, le service met à disposition un bar à salades fraîches et abondantes ainsi qu'un panier de traditionnels et appétissants pao de queijo (pains au fromage). Vous apprécierez également les bananes frits, la purée de pommes de terre au beurre aillé et la polenta frit, servis sous forme de buffet familial. Une excellente et vaste carte des vins ainsi que des cocktails brésiliens authentiques complètent le buffet à volonté. Fantastic birthday dinner. Food was amazing. Service was outstanding. One guest who is from Rio said it was a pretty authentic experience, and he enjoyed chatting in Portuguese with our waiter. One of our group is a vegetarian, and she also enjoyed the food and had plenty to eat. While bold flavored meats are the main draw, the salad bar, sides and desserts were also vegetarian-friendly. Great experience overall and very fun.

It was not the best for the first time ever. They have always been #1 with us. But not this time.

Food was great. Never a problem getting more meat. Drink service was poor. Takes forever to order a drink during dinner. Customers do not honor the business casual dress code. People came in looking like they rolled out of bed. Wearing sweat suits/pajama bottoms.

The staff is very attentive and really hustling around the restaurant. It is a lovely restaurant. The food is really top notch, but the price is very high. I think it is not something we could do regularly, just for a very special occasion.

I went with my family for Christmas eve dinner and it was awesome !!! The food was incredible also the service was perfect. All that we taste were cook to perfection. The price was fair compare with the service the food and experience to eat Brazilian style cook meat. In other words my family and I are looking forward to go back for dinner at Chama Gaucha soon. I am sure this place will be one of my first options for an special dinner, anniversary or Birthday from now on. We had a great dinner!
