I loved everything about this restaurant from the bartender, ambience, food and service. Everything was a 10/10 definitely will be back and recommending to my friend and family!

I never got my food..the waitress finally came outside and said sorry they had to remake your food…so I told her to cancel it…everyone around me got their meals and my husband was done with his meal when she finally told me they had to remake my food…I no longer wanted it..so I went next door to Soul Vibes and got a meal and it was delicious….Im sure the food at Chalet would have been good…but I wouldn’t know bc I never got it

I have such a good time when I come to Chalet. The food is amazing and the staff is very friendly. They’re always having a special going on as well!

We started our Chicago visit here on the first night and happened to come in at the time that Chalet was celebrating 🍾 their birthday. Everything was half off, so needless to say, we tried a little bit of everything, and it was amazing. Atmosphere perfect and the food was really good. I'm so glad that we were able to locate this spot on night one as it has set us up for a great trip. 👍

The food was good but I just ordered a burger as did my boyfriend. They forgot his onions and actually argued with the waitress about it before bringing them like 10+ mins later when he was on his last bite. They gave us a discount when I bought it to the server’s attention. The music was just okay. They need a proper DJ. Overall, I’d attend again.

My friend and I decided to give this place a try for happy hour. We reserved high table seating but upon arrival we were told that the only high tops available were in the back of the bar so we sat at the bar too. We were only given one plate when initially asked if we were ordering food. The service was very slow and the workers seemed like they had better things to do. Our bartender never asked if we wanted additional drinks or food. We had to scout out other workers to place orders. The first round of wings and fries were good. The second batch of wings were tough and the fries were burnt. When the check came they already added 20% gratuity which was not deserved, whatsoever. The food portions were quite small and not shareable as other reviewers have mentioned. When we got the check, only then did we learn they charged $1.00 for each ranch (small shareable size) that should’ve been included with the price of the happy hour wing special. Absolutely not recommended.
