First time to Chairman’s for a special occasion. Excellent service and food. We will make this a monthly event for date night. Highly recommend.

Our first, and definitely not our last, visit to Chairman's to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Food was fantastic and the service was just as great! Too bad it was already dark because we couldn't really see or enjoy the lake view. Otherwise, ambience was nice. Only issue I had was that dessert was not complementary even though our reservation noted the reason for our visit. They did greet us with "Happy Anniversary!" at the front desk, but no complementary dessert. Small issue, which was not enough to spoil our liking of Chairman's. We'll be back!

We chose Chairman’s Steakhouse to celebrate our anniversary, and overall, it was an impressive dining experience. From the moment we were seated, the ambiance was elegant and welcoming, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion. Food: The menu was a true highlight of the evening. From the appetizers to the main course, and finally to dessert, every dish was executed to perfection. Each bite showcased incredible flavors and high quality ingredients, making our meal memorable. The desserts, in particular, were outstanding and a perfect way to end our celebration. Ambiance: The setting at Chairman’s Steakhouse is nothing short of luxurious and refined. The tasteful decor and intimate atmosphere made it a truly romantic experience. It’s the kind of place you want to return to for special moments. Service: Here’s where our evening had some disappointments. While most of the service was generally fine, we had an unpleasant experience with our server. The server,whose name on the receipt was Jeff, though he might have introduced himself as Chris,left us feeling uncomfortable with the way he approached tipping. He asked for a tip in a manner that felt pushy and rude, making us feel obligated rather than appreciated as customers. This included implying we should leave a gratuity of around 18% on a $280–$290 bill, which would have been about $50. When we were hesitant because we thought gratuity might have already been included, he became increasingly insistent. What made it worse was how he mentioned that he had “got us free cheesecake,” even though it seemed likely that the dessert was complimentary as part of the anniversary dining experience. He also made odd remarks about the receipt, like saying it was incorrect but that he’d “take care of the cake” if we took care of his tip. His demeanor changed drastically once he received the tip, and he turned his back on us mid-conversation, which left a sour taste after such a fantastic meal. Made our exp so bad.

Consistently good! The steak was incredible and the beef tartare is now our favourite. We added a lobster to our porterhouse and will definitely do that again. The cheesecake was the best and scallops were perfect.

My second time there, and it was just spectacular as the first time . The ambiance, the staff, and of course the food was 5⭐️ all the way

Great ambience. Great and tasteful food. Attentive, professional and friendly server. Wait time between delivery of meals in between courses can be improved on. I would definitely dine here again.
