Great date night/birthday bar. Staff brought out dessert with Happy Birthday message for husband and greeted him. Very attentive servers, and explained the food well. Food was a unique experience as some flavours were unexpected in a good way, and familiar flavours had some new twists.

The staff were very accommodating but there wasn’t a premium level of service in exchange for how expensive the food is, they kept coming to check up confirming what we ordered, running down the hallway, forgetting to take plates away. Perhaps they were understaffed. Nonetheless it was a very authentic Japanese experience with all Japanese waiters, real healthy and authentic Japanese food. Not western Japanese which I liked. So if you’re after a true Osakaya experience then this is great. It’s not loud also which was awesome
