Lovely staff and fast efficient service. The peppers and ceviche were delicious but the burritos were rather dry and needed some kind of sauce. We ordered extra guacamole to make them a little less dry and were charged for this which surprised me Sour cream and a little more cheese (usually served on top in my experience of Mexican dishes) would improve the flavour and texture for me We went fir the burritos so may not be going back unfortunately We did like the range of foods on offer however

Tried the restaurant for the first time for my son’s 16th birthday meal, food was good and tasty, they were training up new staff so a couple of wobbles but overall v good will definitely return.

This is a gem of a restaurant with a lovely ambiance, great menu excellently executed and the owner (& staff) did a great job on the service. The family have already added it to our shortlist of local favourites. Many thanks for a great evening.

I recently visited Cha Cha Cha for the first time, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. The food was not only delicious but also perfectly suited for sharing, allowing everyone at the table to enjoy a variety of small dishes. The flavors were rich and authentic, making each bite a delight. To top off the evening, we enjoyed some delicious cocktails that perfectly complemented the meal. The staff were exceptional, providing great service and contributing to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommend Cha Cha Cha for anyone looking to experience amazing New Mexican cuisine in a fun and welcoming place.

The food was delicious. An amazing choice, all freshly cooked and good quality. The cocktails were also to die for and service was with a smile!

The venue is nice, tables aren’t too close together, so you have space to enjoy the company you are with. However, service was poor. When someone did come to the table they were lovely - but we had to repeatedly try and find someone which is frustrating. The food was lovely, but there were a number of mistakes….dishes we didn’t order tried to be delivered, items that were out of stock but no-one told us - both of which appeared on the bill that we had to request 3 times. Overall, it is expensive for what you get, and service really let them down (albeit the servers once you got hold of them were lovely). Not one that we’ll revisit (plus £220 for 4 people with only 1 alcoholic drink is quite toppy)

Terrible, blandest meal we’ve had in as far as I can remember. No flavours, colours, spices - awful. Do not go. It’ll be gone in a few months, just hope something decent replaces it.

Lovely restaurant, food was gorgeous, the staff seemed very very young and inexperienced and that was abit of a shame but other than that everything else was excellent.
