Dining at Cesarina is always an experience we look forward to. Our party of four had four different appetizers and entrees and they were all outstanding. Over time we’ve tried different dishes and have never been disappointed. Authentic Italian food at its best. Highly recommended.

The gnocchi with the super boscaiola was one of the best things we’ve ever had. Highly recommend. Service and ambiance was amazing as always, Juliana is amazing!!

We had a romantic Valentine’s dinner at Cesarina. We recommend both the tiramisu and the raspberry/vanilla cheesecake. I enjoyed my gnocchi pasta with funghi sauce, and my boyfriend enjoyed the lobster spaghetti special and carpaccio. As for the alcohol, I didn’t care much for the pera cocktail, but I’m really picky and prefer much sweeter, fruitier cocktails. We will return.

Cesarina is simply the best. It never disappoints. Laura was a wonderful server with great recs and Steven was so attentive. Already planning my next visit!

Delicious food, and we all tried eachothers, 6 people! Excellent service- never had to ask for bread or water. Lovely server, helped us decide! Amazing elderflower cocktail, and a MUST- their tiramisu!!! Wonderful experience 💕

My most recommended spot for any pasta lover in southern San Diego. Very homey and attractive atmosphere and menu. 5/5 can’t go wrong, res required as it gets packed and parking can be difficult, expect a small walk if you don’t want to pay.
