Ceres Distilling Co is a family owned Craft Distillery named after the hamlet of Ceres. Ceres, located close to Geelong was settled in 1830 and has a significant agricultural history.

We offer a range of our signature gins, tasting paddle, cocktails and food that focused on small local producers. Simple and tasty finger food. We will add to our offer shortly an experience of making your own gin.
Located on warehouse complex in Grovedale, you can enjoy your gin experience right next to impressive distillery set ups.

We enjoyed a really pleasant few hours working our way through the menu, both food and drinks! The pizzas are tasty and filling, the Camembert was delicious. This is a nice little bolt hole tucked away with welcoming hosts and is a great way to relax. It’s superbly appointed and hopefully will be supported.

Absolutely loved everything about this place, the decor is sublime, so beautiful.! The pizza was delicious we got a second one, we loved our dry gins. The bill was super cheap, we Absolutely will be back. thank you

We had such a lovely let afternoon catch up with friends. Service is attentive without being intrusive. Prices are good and the gin is delicious.

What a great way to spend 4 hours - distilling our own gin!! Bit of this, bit of that….we will find out in a month what it tastes like! Ross and Denise were supportive hosts and shared their knowledge willingly. We had the class to ourselves and loved understanding the process. Add in a share platter of cheese and meat etc and it was a great afternoon, excellent value too.
