Centro translates to “Center” where all ends meet, and in a compass, it is the unifying point between; north, south, east and west which is how our island is known for directions. We envision Centro Gastrobar as the center of reunions, get togethers, meetings, etc, basically where everyone meets. We take our visitors into a culinary world of not only simple food done right but also food from around the world. A plate from every continent come together at Centro to delight their palates and awaken their senses for more. It Just opened it's doors, everything is new and fresh. The team is still adjusting, but they have a very friendly attitude and do their best to give the best service. The food is really good, the flavors are the perfect mix of salty and sweet, soft and crunchy.. we loved everything we tried.... the live band was also a great add on.. We will for sure come back again..

It's a new building; it look like an operation room...the Light is very bright and hard!! Not really cozy or warm. It was freezing cold; a lot of guests didn't like that.
