Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Our menu centers around family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from our wood burning oven and dishes with Mediterranean touches, such as clams oreganata, grilled octopus and zucchini chips. Our bar boasts a craft cocktail menu with drinks infused with basil, mint and rosemary grown at the restaurant. While our extensive wine list compliments our plates and customers’ tastes with wines by the glass which will enable customers to sample wines from all regions, or bottles from our glass wine cellar. The location features a main dining room, catering rooms, bar area, separate lounge area, wine cellar and outdoor patio with a wood burning fireplace - perfect for a romantic dinner or your next event year round!

The food never disappoints and great customer service. Nice ambiance. I have been a repeat customer for the past year or so, traveling from Queens and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

We love it! The staff is wonderful. John, one of the new owners is also the general manager. He is so welcoming and warm, checks on everyone in the restaurant. Amanda, our server was terrific! Service was perfect! We split Bronzino & a pasta. It was delightful. Cannot wait to go back next week!

Centro 336 is a superb restaurant. The food is extraordinary. The chefs are outstanding. The ambience is fine.

Wow! What an experience. The restaurant has just reopened under new ownership but you wouldn’t think so. The staff is wonderful. We met Amanda at the front desk who was so sweet. Our server Sammi was wonderful and attentive & one of the owners John who was a true gentleman. The food! It used to be good, but whatever changes they have made WOW! Was a perfect Thursday dinner! Thank you Centro 336. Best of luck. We will see you soon.
