Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Our menu centers around family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from our wood burning oven and dishes with Mediterranean touches, such as clams oreganata, grilled octopus and zucchini chips. Our bar boasts a craft cocktail menu with drinks infused with basil, mint and rosemary grown at the restaurant. While our extensive wine list compliments our plates and customers’ tastes with wines by the glass which will enable customers to sample wines from all regions, or bottles from our glass wine cellar. The location features a main dining room, catering rooms, bar area, separate lounge area, wine cellar and outdoor patio with a wood burning fireplace - perfect for a romantic dinner or your next event year round!

                                                                      We love it here! We shared a 35 day dry aged Strip steak that was literally one of the best cuts of meat I have ever had! Our server Sammantha was wonderful & of course it is always a pleasure to see John who always makes you feel at home!

                                                                      Very much want to like this place as area needs quality Italian restaurant. Food is a big improvement from prior owners but need work on service. Waitress didn’t come to table when food came to see if anything else was needed-pepper, chess, lemon etc then came by 15 minutes later-meals was almost finished- so didn’t get what was needed. Busboy on two occasions came to our table to take plates away while holding a stack of dirty plates from another table. That’s a BIG NONO! Hoping these things will get ironed out. We will try again.

                                                                      The restaurant was packed & We were sat next to a table that was rude almost everyone they encountered from the wonderful staff. We love Centro 336. John (the owner) makes you feel so welcome and is so warm, even to people that want to complain about silly things. Food was delightful, staff is wonderful. Can’t wait to come back!

                                                                      This is now our 4th time since new ownership has taken over. From start to finish it is so wonderful! From the green plants to the kind staff. We wish John and his partners continued success. Amanda & Stephanie at the bar are wonderful. Thank you Centro336, See you next week!

                                                                      Although the place was not crowded on a Monday evening, we were given a table outside the kitchen door. We asked the server to change the drinking glasses, which were dirty, and she questioned this and inspected them in front of us. The caesar salad was wilted and overdressed, and the seabass dish was covered with some kind of batter and extremely salty to the point of being inedible. The seabass a special, not listed on the menu and we were not given the price before ordering. We were shocked by the $49 charge. We won't be coming back.
