Centro 336 is a farm to fork Italian restaurant located in Hampton Bays, New York. Serving dinner daily, all of our menu items are made in house using many of the East End’s local, in season produce. Our menu centers around family recipes including fresh homemade pasta, individual pizzas from our wood burning oven and dishes with Mediterranean touches, such as clams oreganata, grilled octopus and zucchini chips. Our bar boasts a craft cocktail menu with drinks infused with basil, mint and rosemary grown at the restaurant. While our extensive wine list compliments our plates and customers’ tastes with wines by the glass which will enable customers to sample wines from all regions, or bottles from our glass wine cellar. The location features a main dining room, catering rooms, bar area, separate lounge area, wine cellar and outdoor patio with a wood burning fireplace - perfect for a romantic dinner or your next event year round!

On this Monday night the restaurant was almost empty. Our party of 4 sat at a table which, as the evening progressed, got increasingly wobbly. The chairs were lightweight (I comment on this only because one person in our party has trouble physically getting up from a seated position and the wobbly table and lightweight chairs did not help - certainly just a personal issue.) Two of us enjoyed the chicken parmigiana and really liked it a lot. One of us had a special that night of halibut, which was very good. (He ate it in record time, so maybe it wasn't the largest of portions.) I enjoyed the salmon with roasted potatoes and sauteed spinach. Food was very good. The chardonnay and carbernet wines were very good, although expensive at $19 a glass. All around, a very nice spot, very good service, very good food.

Great service . Food delicious. I really enjoyed the shrimp marsala with spinach risotto. This dish is the winner for Hampton Bays dish of the summer!

Start to finish we had a wonderful meal. My husband and I share everything so our 4 dishes were all delicious!! Perfect martini as well!

Unfortunately, the night we were there there was a problem in the kitchen and our meal took close to an hour and a half before we were served. The food was delicious and the white stuff extremely apologetic and very gracious. I will go again because the food is great and hope the kitchen gets sorted out.

We were delighted by the champagne for me and my daughter who turned 21 yesterday. Food was good, generous portions.. especially the chicken parm Disappointed not to have the tiramisu or dessert pizza. But all fine!
