Had a great time here with my partner, she enjoyed the taquitos, and I had the Wagyu burger, I couldn’t finish the burger because it was raw, make sure you get the burger cooked well. Jose helped us and was exceptional all around. Thanks Jose!

I posted recently (just a few days before this) but wanted to give an update. We loved the fish tacos so much the first time we decided to come back one more time before the end of our trip. Unfortunately I think we had a different chef because the food was a big miss. Some things like the Spanish rice were heavily oversalted while other things like our guacamole tasted like it had no salt at all. In addition our chips weren’t warm and tasted a little stale. The biggest disappointment however was the fish tacos that had brought us back in the first place. They switched the fish to cod that night without saying anything and it was not crispy. In addition the fish we did get was super small single strips per taco and had a very fishy taste. The opposite of our first experience. The manager and our waiter were extremely nice and we loved them, but noticed that several other tables were having food items taken off their bill. Overall, this place is really hit or miss. When it’s great, it’s GREAT. And when it’s not, you leave with an upset stomach and a fishy taste in your mouth. Ultimately we recommend doing a lunch reservation when they first open to ensure you get fresh made food. Hopefully the meal is more consistent in the future :)

The food experience was worse than at our first visit (about a month ago, which was great). The cochinita pibil tacos were too wet and the tortillas completely disintegrated (I had to eat the filling with a fork) and the carne asada tacos were underseasoned. While the taco prices were the same, they no longer came with sides - only salsa. The grilled corn in particular really enhanced the flavor and without the sides the dishes now feel overpriced. It seems the drink prices all went up - I was even charged $1 more than what was listed for a cocktail. This place has so much potential - I really hope they can make the food quality more consistent and stop cutting corners/increasing prices. As of right now, it will be a while before I visit again.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. We were a larger party of 6 and i definitely would recommend a reservation for any party number. We were able to try a decent amount of food but there were a few highlights of the meal. Although the prices are a little high (we spent about $300 with tip for 6 adults), they are nothing considering the Disney prices are used to spending. The guacamole was absolutely out of this world and came with freshly made warm chips and radish slices on top. As far as mains go, the mahi mahi tacos were incredible. The fish was buttery and melted in your mouth while still having a thin and crispy tempura batter. And for those 21+ the ritual margarita is un skippable. We left with full bellies and can not wait to come back. :) Thank you to the céntrico staff who were incredibly sweet.

We will definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu. The one thing that rubbed me the wrong way with this restaurant is when we sat at a table the food runner brought us chips and salsa but DID NOT inform us that they would be charging us for them.

The food was tasty and delicious. It did get cold fast because we were sitting outdoors. Other than that we all had a god time.

We had a great time! Food was delicious, we had the guacamole with pork belly, crispy taquitos and the ribs. Cocktails were pretty good too! Jovan took care of us, he was very attentive and friendly. Will be back, Thank you!
