In addition, our outdoor Express Cafe, is open daily from 8am to 5pm.

**Please Note** Our restaurant is located inside of Central Park, which means all guests must arrive on foot, there is no parking at our property. The closest entrance and cross streets are 72nd street and 5th Ave.

What a special lunch! Visiting New York with my daughter and it was perfect. It looks out over the water and started snowing while we were eating. Service and food were amazing!

A truly memorable experience made extra special by the wonderful staff. The food was truly exceptional and cocktails were exquisite. Everything we hoped for and more!

Wonderful setting severely let down by lacklustre reception and unwillingness to offer any flexibility in seating arrangements. We booked in advance and were the third set of guests through the 'disorganised' turnstyle . When we immediately objected to being positioned against a view blocking column the attitude of the front desk was most unhelpful in spite of 3 to 4 better situated tables being available. Reluctantly we were offered a VERY noisy table adjacent to the serving galley. When we complained about the noise saying that even the table with the offending column was preferable, we were told that our choices were limited to the tables beyond the galley adjacent to a store of stacked chairs (why were these not discretely hidden away???) . Finally when it was clear that we were extremely unhappy we were told to suit ourselves and the front desk would 'reluctantly' accommodate our choice. What a way to run such a potentially breathtaking venue!!!!

I got a table with the sun in my eyes the whole time and i received my bill with 20% tip included in the total. I don't appreciate being forced to pay minimum tip of 20% by force

Very poor service! 20% Service charge is added automatically to the bill and they just don’t care as you have to pay 20% service charge. I was there many times before before 2020 and was very different. Always had excellent service and I came back first time after 2020 and that was my last time in this place - very very disappointing. Staff chatting in the corner no one cared to pour wine and waiter. Never was offered extra vegetables or salad - no one expected anything absolutely terrible! After paying bill $400 for two people I asked for manager bar staff told me he is in charge after my complaint he left and told me to leave. As I said I will never go back to this place! Service charge should be optional as servers would care to provide excellent service- with automatic 20% service charge they don’t care as they know they will get it anyway - it’s very sad and disappointing.
